  • IMPORTER : - We have imported our own products for our Trade Shows - Coverings 2013 - 2015. This give us basic import process understanding and requirements. Things to do and things to avoid.

  • DISTRIBUTOR :- When we have been approached by local sellers who need our products but are reluctant to import from Pakistan. We formed Optimum Onyx Marble LLC in 2012. So we have imported our products and delivered to our customer. We still are doing that. This process and experience gave us a clear understanding of what are requirements of distributors. What they expect from their manufacturers. What are the importance of timely delivery in USA. What are the quality standards must be followed to succeed here in USA.

  • RETAILER : -  We felt the need of customer direct interaction to improve our products. We also feel the need to understand the needs of retailer. What he can sell quick. What are the problems he can face. So we step into Display/Retail Store here at Gaithersburg MD 20877. We have our team there which gave us strength to move our samples quickly from USA instead of Pakistan. We have more understanding of product requirement at gross route level.

  • E-COMMERCE:- We understand that 8% of total US buying has moved to E commerce and the future here will be online selling. As our product carry weights so we need to understand the needs of online sellers. In 2014 we launched our E commerce store (www.optimum-retail.us). Just to get the understanding of required requisites to succeed in online business.

  • BRAND DEVELOPMENT & REQUIREMENT : - We realized after studying Amazon/Ebay that the future will be more likely for branded products with EXCELLENT PRODUCT REVIEWS. To understand the requirement we stepped in and launched our Himalayan Salt Product for Amazon sales. This was done to understand that what are the requirements and expectations of brands owners with the product they are naming to. What they want their manufacturers to take care of. As the cost of labor is very high here at USA. We assure the best to be shipped from our manufacturing units.
